Course Description

This course will provide learners with the opportunities to develop more sophisticated communication skills. Learners will explore topics including education, travel and tourism, health, and Francophone culture. This is a balanced course of reading, writing, speaking, and listening based on Level 7 of the New Zealand curriculum. As part of this course there are opportunities to enjoy French cuisine, movies and music. Students enrolled in French also have the opportunity to participate in the French exchange program in 2024. The French exchange takes place every two years.
