Course Description
Learning Area Leader: Ms A. Mansfield.
Learners will develop their understanding of the French language through studying recipes and cooking traditional french dishes.
Skills/content you will cover in this course
Assessing and analysing information in French recipes
Communicating about yourself in spoken and written French
Mastering basic cookery skills to prepare several French dishes such as crepes, quiche lorraine and chocolate fondants
Learners will develop curiosity, resilience, communication skills and intercultural understanding.
This course is useful for or will lead to - NCEA Level French courses.
