Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr A. Gebbie.

If you love the practical aspect of Physical Education and want to develop your game and that of others, then this course is for you. Learn to be an effective coach and understand that being socially responsible with help to make you the positive mentor that all good coaches are. A focus is also placed on training principles and creating a training program with an understanding of anatomy and exercise science.
