Course Description
Learning Area Leader: Mrs A. Evans.
Learners will be able to be creative and learn about print media and create their own magazine spread. They will also investigate a media product and write an essay on this in the NZQA examinations.

Skills you need to be successful in this course - a good level of literacy skills are required due to writing an essay in the NZQA examinations. Being creative is helpful in creation of magazine spread.
This course is useful for or will lead to - this course is designed to help learners who are looking at further tertiary study in the Media field or would like to build on their creative skills.
* Please note a learner cannot take 2 Broadcast and 2 Media due to having the same Achievement Standards *

It is recommended that you have gained Level 1 Literacy to take this course.
