Course Description

Learning Area Leader: Mr A. Gebbie.

This course has a Sports Science focus. Movement analysis and planning of programs will be a key part of the learning. 


Skills/content you will cover in this course 

  • Biomechanics

  • Anatomical analysis

  • Sociocultural investigation.


Skills you need to be successful in this course - a good level of Literacy, practical movement skills and an understanding of Biophysical principles. 

This course is useful for or will lead to - Physical education, Coaching, Sports Analytics, Health Sciences, Health Promotion
