9 Photography (Semester)

Learn the basics of how to use a digital camera, digital photo processing and photo printing through explorations in pure photography. Learners will explore photography as fine art through the exploration of photographic artworks and the contemporary artists who created them.

• What art photography can be.

This course is useful for or will lead to - Year 10 Art courses and then NCEA Visual Arts. Learning to look, think and create like an artist leads to analysis and problem solving skills that are sought-after in the modern workplace.
