Develop your use of Te Reo Māori following on from Levels 1 and 2 through kōrero, tuhinga and whakarongo.
Skills/content you will cover in this course
Daily kōrero and tuhinga in order to develop deeper understanding and use of the language
A large part of the instructional content will be in Te Reo Māori.
Skills you need to be successful in this course - You need to have succeeded at Level 1 or 2 NCEA or had prior learning either in the home or kura kaupapa. Resilience, critical thinking and communication are key components.
This course is useful for or will lead to - This course will lead to further learning of Te Reo Māori beyond secondary school. Knowing Te Reo Māori is very useful for a wide range of careers, such as business, education, tourism and journalism.
