Learn about the Motor Industry in New Zealand and the many opportunities of employment within it. Learn how to perform basic maintenance on your car and save a lot of money. Practical work is reinforced with assignments for assessment.
Course Overview
Term 1
Learn about the many jobs and qualifications in this large industry.
Learn about the different types of engines.
Start working on engines and performing maintenance procedures.
Term 2
Operate the hoist and perform maintenance on the school cars.
Problem solving and repair.

To keep costs low, we recommend only buying the items of stationery you do not have. Your child is welcome to bring items from home, perhaps purchased in previous years and repurposed to save money.
