3PED Course DescriptionTeacher in Charge: Mr A. Gebbie.
An in-depth look at the biophysical principles and how they relate to community sport and the lens of high performance. Learners will participate in a range of sport and physical activities such as bowling, golf and winter team sports using their understanding of biophysical principles to improve performance. Learners will also get the opportunity to plan, participate and analyse the risk and safety managements required for an overnight camp.

Rolleston College PE uniform (whānau shirt/senior PE shirt, black shorts/tights).
This course includes a range of Field Trips or Overnight Camps at a cost of $150.00 to $200.00 to deepen and reinforce learning. * Overnight camp cost to be added to statements at the start of course.
Learners will be expected to assist with and supply their own property (suitable personal clothing and footwear) for overnight and day trip excursions.
