Course Description

This course allows students to explore business concepts and apply learning to case studies from an Agricultural perspective including kiwifruit & dairy industries. This is an individual theoretical business course that does not include practical business activity but instead focuses on exploring topics including Human Resources, Future Proofing and Capital Expenditure.

  • Analysis and application of business concepts eg Human Resources, Future Proofing, Financing options, Quality Management

  • Financial Forecasting

  • Essay and report writing

  • Analysis.
