Course Description

Learners taking this course will explore the importance of the primary sector in New Zealand which involves understanding how we feed the world's growing population.  This will be a practical course that explores both plant and animal based production and the wide range of career opportunities that this sector offers.  There will be a strong Science element as well as students getting to explore the particular area that they are most interested in such as crops, dairy, honey, cheese or kiwi fruit...just as examples. This course may include a field trip: Cost $30
