Course Description

Level 2 Sport and Recreation is a heavily practical course in which learners will focus on the training methods and principles to improve their sporting performance. They will then relate this knowledge of training back to understanding human anatomy and movement. This course is a Unit Standard course and targeted at those learners that are focused on a pathway in the fitness industry.
