In It To Win It 2 will develop the mental approach to the game through Skill Classification, Motor Learning and Sport Psychology. Participants will also understand how to look after their body on and off the field and ways to reduce injury. There will be a technology focus with regards to skill development whilst maintaining the practical component of Sport and Movement.
