Course Description

An introduction to both Cafe Apprentice and Food Product Design.

In this course you will gain a good understanding of the technology design process, basic skills for life, food safety and a high level of preparation and presentation skills.

Contributions and Equipment/Stationery

Voluntary contribution - $70.00 to cover the cost of the take home component of ingredients that are consumed by the learner
